Catalog number: AR-6901-01 50 ml AR-6901-02 100 ml AR-6901-05 3800 ml Description: Non ionic detergents like Brig 35 are used in immunoassays for diluting antibodies to lower background, and non-specific ag-ab reaction. This buffer is also used in washing buffer from 0.5- 0.1% in all immunoassays (ELISA, Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Blot assays and others) to reduce background. Brig 35 is polyoxyethylene laural ether, it lower surface tension of water. Buffer: This detergent is supplied as 15% in water with 0.05 % preservative. Intended Use: Used in all immunoreagents (for IHC, WB, ag-ab) buffers etc. to reduce background. This detergent does not contain azide or mercury preservative, it can be used with peroxidase.. Application: For diluting antibodies use 1:400 (1 ml into 399 ml). Washing buffer add 5 ml to 95 ml of buffer. The optimum dilution should be
