CHROMOGRANIN A, Mouse MAb anti-human Catalog number:-MM-1013-01 0.5 ml Concentrated IgG1 0.1 mg/ml MM-1013-02 1.0 ml Concentrated IgG1 0.1 mg/ml MM-1013-04 7.0 ml Prediluted for IHC IgG1 ~2µg/ml Buffer: The concentrated antibodies are supplied in PBS with 1% BSA, 0.05% azide, pH 7.4. The Prediluted antibody is supplied in our Universal antibody dilution buffer (AR-6526) green in color. Description: :. Chromogranin A (a 439 aa protein MW about 70 KDa) or parathyroid secretory protein 1 (gene name CHGA) is a member of the Chromogranin/secretogranin (granins) family of neuroendocrine secretory proteins, i.e. it is located in secretory vesicles of neurons and endocrine cells. Examples of cells producing Chromogranin A are chromaffin cells of the adrenal medulla, enterochromaffin-like cells and beta cells of the pancreas. It is a good marker for characinoid tumors, pheochromocytoma, paraganglomas and other endocrine tumors.
