Cytokeratin 19 (CK19), Ms MAb anti-human- Catalog number: MM-1002-01 0.5 ml Concentrated . IgG1 0.2 mg/ml MM-1002-02 1.0 ml Concentrated . IgG1 0.2 mg/ml MM-1002-04 7.0 ml Prediluted for IHC IgG1 ~5µg/ml Buffer: Conc. Cell culture medium supplied in PBS with 0.05% azide, pH 7.4. The Prediluted antibody is supplied in our Universal antibody dilution buffer (AR-6526) green in color. Description: Cytokeratin 19 is a type I acidic subfamily of intermediate filament protein that is expressed in stratified and simple type epithelia. Keratin 19 is not expressed in hepatocytes; therefore, antibody to keratin 19 is useful in the identification of liver metastasis. The degree of keratin 19 positivity in breast cancer distinguishes malignant from benign tumors. Keratin 19 is often co-expressed with keratin 7. Intended Use: Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytchemistry (ICC) Storage: 2-8°C Clone: CK 202 Isotype: IgG1/κ Epitope: Not known Molecular weight of antigen: 40 kDa Immunogen: Human mammary epithelium, solubilized by detergent. Species reactivity: Human, others –not-tested. Isotype: IgG1 Cellular Localization: Cytoplasmic Recommended positive control: Breast ca, colon ca, and colon ca cell line, LS174T and HT29 Supplied a concentrated medium in PBS with 0.05% azide. Application: IHC, ICC (frozen or formalin–fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections, cell smears) For IHC dilute conc. antibodies 1:50-1:100, use streptavidin~biotin system or polymer system, incubate 30 minutes at room temperature. Prediluted antibody is used directly without dilution. FFPE tissue section requires antigen retrieval (boiling tissue in 10 mM citrate, pH 6.0 for 10-15 minutes followed by cooling for 10-15 minutes. The optimum dilution should be determined by the individual lab. General References:
