The deuterated crosslinker D4-Bis[Sulfosuccinimidyl] 2,2,4,4-glutarate (D4-BS²G) is a water soluble and cell membrane impermeable crosslinking agent with 4 deuterium atoms to provide a 4 dalton shift by mass spectrometry analysis. Use D4-BS²G in combination with the non-deuterated analog (D₀-BS²G) c1126-100mg or c1126-1gm for mass spec studies.
