Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is ideal for labeling
protein such as streptavidin and antibody. The HRP
labeled proteins can be used in immunoblotting and
immunocytochemistry diagnostic applications, including
ELISA or Western blotting.
ProteoChem's HRP activity is typically > 270 units/mg
(one unit equals the amount of enzyme that will catalyze
1 mg of purpurogallin from pyrogallol in 20 seconds at
20°C and pH 6.0) and is supplied as a lyophilized
powder.
