HOT FIREPol® DNA Polymerase
Description: HOT FIREPol® DNA Polymerase is a chemically modified Hot Start DNA Polymerase which provides enhanced specificity and reduced background when compared to standard polymerases. HOT FIREPol® DNA Polymerase has 5´→3´ DNA polymerase and 5´→3´ exonuclease activity but lacks 3´→5´ exonuclease activity.
Kit contains:
HOT FIREPol® DNA Polymerase Recommended PCR Buffers: Our standard buffers are HOT FIREPol® 10 x Buffer B2 and HOT FIREPol® 10 x Buffer B1 (detergent free). For further optimization please try our whole set of buffers. 10 x HOT FIREPol® Master Mixes Description: 10 x HOT FIREPol® Master Mix is a ready to use solution containing all reagents required for Hot Start PCR (except template, primers and water).
Kit contains:
10 x HOT FIREPol® Master Mix Shipping and Storage conditions: All our DNA Polymerases, Master Mixes and dNTPs can withstand room temperature for up to one month without loss in activity. Therefore, they can be shipped and handled without ice. Routine storage: 20°C
Solis BioDyne`s Hot Start polymerase HOT FIREPol® achieved excellent results in comparative tests with competing enzymes. HOT FIREPol® was compared with Hot Start enzymes from three leading suppliers. The tests also show the superior performance of Solis BioDyne reaction buffers (new HOT FIREPol® buffers A1, A2 and B1, B2).
