ImmunoSet Contents
ImmunoSet products for intracellular analytes contain the basic components and protocol for the development of five 96 well colorimetric enzyme immunoassays. They are designed to work with samples diluted to a final volume of 100 µL/well.

Each ImmunoSet contains:

Simplified Reagents
ImmunoSet products feature an all-purpose buffer that can be easily modified to coat and block plates, dilute standards and samples, and wash the plate. You have the option of preparing the buffer yourself or purchasing a ready-to-use ImmunoSet Buffer Pack containing all of the accessory reagents needed to perform the assay from start to finish. These are the same buffers we use to validate the assay, so you can be assured you will obtain optimal results.

HO-1 (rat)
This assay is designed to determine the amount of heme oxygenase (HO)-1 in cell lysates, microsomes, serum, and EDTA plasma of rat origin. Obtain reproducible and fully quantitative results at picogram levels of protein. The superior sensitivity of ELISA allows you to conserve precious samples by using less sample per test as compared to Western blot.

	Parallelism data confirms the recombinant rat HO-1 standard accurately reflects natural HO-1 in heat shocked rat C6 cell lysates.

p53/MDM2 Complex ImmunoSet
This assay provides a semi-quantitative determination of p53/MDM2 complex levels in cell lysates from human, mouse, and rat origin. These proteins are known to form a complex containing one p53 tetramer to one MDM2 monomer, and the recombinant standard mixture contains a 4:1 molar ratio of p53 to MDM2. The assay utilizes a monoclonal antibody to p53 to capture the p53/MDM2 complexes and a polyclonal antibody to MDM2 for detection. The plate is read at 450 nm and the absorbance values are directly proportional to the levels of p53/MDM2 complex. Now easily screen target effectors of the p53/MDM2 complex in a higher throughput plate-based assay.
