Peroxidase~ Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L), Goat anti- (Minimum cross reactivity with human, bovine and horse serum proteins)
Catalog number: SA-8501-12 Description: Peroxidase is a glycoprotein enzyme (MW 44 KDa) isolated from horseradish roots. This enzyme has a hemin prosthetic group and is bound to Ca++. Activity is reported using pyrogallol as substrate. Using 2,2´-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS). The RZ (Reinheitszahl) is absorbance ratio A430/A275 and is ~3.0 Size: 1 ml Antibody Concentration: 0.5 mg/ml. Intended Use: Immunohistochemistry (IHC) Immunocytchemistry (ICC), ELISA, and western blotting (WB) Storage: Storage: 2-8°C Buffer: 10 mM phosphate, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.4, BSA 10 mg/ml, Proclin 300, 05%. Recommended Dilution: ELISA 1:25,000-1:100,000 IHC, ICC 1:500-1:4,000 WB using chromogen substrate 1:10,000-1:80,000 WB using ECL substrates 1:25,000-1:1:20,000 These are guide lines, the optimum dilution should be determined by the individual lab. Antibody specificity: The antibody is purified on immunoaffinity mouse IgG(H+L) column. Using ELISA, this antibody reacts with mouse IgG (H+L), heavy and light chains and light chains of other mouse immunoglobulins. This antibody does not cross react with non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. This antibody does not react with human, bovine and horse serum proteins. The cross reactivity to other immunoglobulins has not been tested. |
