Description: The enzyme from horseradish is a glycoprotein, MW approximately 44 kDa, with hemin prosthetic group and bound Ca++. The RZ (Reinheitszahl) is the absorbance ratioA403/A275determined at 0.5-1.0 mg/ml in deionized water. It is a measure of hemin content, and not enzymatic activity.
Presentation: The conjugate is supplied in one ml of 10 mM PO4, 200 mM NaCl, pH 7.4, BSA 10 mg/ml and 0.05% Proclin 300.
Application: ELISA1:10,000-1:50,000 (20-100 ng/ml); IHC: 1:200-1:1:1,000 (1-5 µg/ml); WB (ECL) 1:10,000-1:100,000 (10-100 ng/ml); WB (chromogen) 1:500-1:5,000 (0.1-2 µg/ml). The optimum dilution should be determined by the individual investigator.
Storage: 2-8oC
Dilution: This product can be diluted in our Universal antibody dilution buffer (cat. # 6562) or PBS with 0.5-1% BSA.
Precaution should be taken so that the buffer does not contain any sodium azide, which will destroy peroxidase.
