Pre-Weighed Ultrapure MALDI Matrix Tubes
2',4',6'-Trihydroxyacetophenone monohydrate (THAP) is
specialized MALDI matrix used for the MALDI mass
spectrometry (MALDI-MS) of glycoproteins or RNA. THAP is
also useful in providing complimentary peptide mapping
data, when used in alongside a standard MALDI matrix,
CHCA or DHB. This matrix is also well suited for the
negative ion MALDI-MS glycolipids. Dissolve right in the
plastic tube to get your saturated matrix solution!
